Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Midway Battery. If within 7 days of order date you are not satisfied, you may return your merchandise for a refund. However, due to the costs incurred while processing your order Midway Battery will assess a 20% restocking fee for all products returned for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective merchandise may be replaced within the warranty period upon verification by Midway Battery of manufacturing defect. Returned products MUST in the original box, including all hardware, and in like new condition. Damaged product, product not in the original box, and product missing hardware will not be accepted for return. Buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging. An RGA must be requested from Midway Battery Customer Service Department by e-mail (warranty@midwaybattery.com) prior to returning any product. RGA’s will not be issued by phone.


Warranty Policy:  Midway Battery batteries are have a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty period starts on purchase date. Original sales receipt is required if a battery is returned. An RGA must be requested from Midway Battery Customer Service prior to returning any product. Batteries must be returned to Midway Battery, postage paid, for inspection by Midway Battery before a replacement battery is shipped. Replacement batteries will carry a warranty for the time, and coverage schedule remaining on the original battery purchase. One warranty replacement is allowed per battery purchase. Failure due to overcharging, improper maintenance or improper use is not covered under the factory warranty. All other Midway Battery shipping and return policies, conditions and procedures apply.


Warranty Schedule:  Warrantable Midway Battery batteries have an adjusted replacement value based upon the following time schedule: 1 to 30 days = 100% warranty coverage equal to the original battery purchase price. Midway Battery pays shipping to the buyer within the first 30 days. 31 to 180 days = 100% warranty coverage value equal to the original battery purchase price. Buyer pays shipping, handling, and shipping insurance cost as noted below. 181 days to one year from date of order =50% warranty value based upon the original purchase price for the battery being warranted. Buyer pays shipping, handling, and shipping insurance cost.

  • All replacement values are based upon the purchase price of the battery less shipping, handling, insurance, and applicable taxes.
  • The adjusted warrantable value will be applied to the purchase of a comparable Midway Battery battery at the market price at time of replacement.
  • Cost of shipping and handling is not included for warranty replacements after 30 days.
  • Shipping, handling, and shipping insurance cost to the buyer on warranty replacement batteries weighing up to 16 pounds is $15.90.
  • Shipping, handing, and shipping insurance cost to the buyer for batteries weighing more than 16 pounds is $21.90.
  • Warranty adjustments will be made with like for like replacement products.
  • Buyer is responsible for any cost difference between the warranty value and the website price for a replacement battery, regardless of warranty time schedule.
  • No refunds will be made for warranty adjustments.
  • Original sales receipt is required for any battery warranty adjustment.
